Development - the goal of all players in this stage is to accumulate net points and thus increase the net worth of the alliance.
- Attacks between players are allowed, however alliances are not allowed to declare war to one another.
- All alliances who fail to rank in the above mentioned order and respectively don’t move on to the Qualifications stage, continue to participate in the tournament placed at another special ranking list named The Eternal Glory rankings.
